Job Description:

As a Player & Product Experience Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing the overall player experience and ensuring that our products meet and exceed customer expectations. This role involves a combination of customer support, product knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and effectively to player inquiries, providing assistance on a range of topics, including product information, technical support, and gameplay inquiries.
  • Utilize various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone, to address player concerns.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Nintendo's product lineup, including gaming consoles, accessories, and games.
  • Stay updated on product features, releases, and industry trends to provide accurate information to players.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot player-reported issues, collaborating with internal teams to resolve technical and non-technical concerns.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams and ensure timely resolution.
  • Proactively engage with players through social media, forums, and community platforms to foster a positive and inclusive gaming community.
  • Gather player feedback and insights to contribute to product improvements.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the gaming industry.
  • Ability to navigate and troubleshoot technical issues related to gaming consoles and software.
  • Experience in a customer support or player experience role is a plus.
